After all these years of upgrading and using the latest technologies I decided it is time to do some down grading. A little DE-evolution per say.
I have been putting together old 386’s with DOS and Linux. X is a little slow on a 386 but then again, maybe I just need a earlier version
of X 
I will have to try my hand with Slackware 1.0… Another plan is to build my home website on a 386 or 386sx – no super fast Xeons here thank you!
